Athlete Institute is committed to providing high-quality training, recovery, competition, and athlete development programs. Due to limited roster spots, scheduling commitments, staffing, facility reservations, and operational planning, most registration fees, tryout fees, training fees, memberships, and program payments are considered non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for qualifying emergency situations that prevent participation. Examples may include serious injury, medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other circumstances determined reasonable by Athlete Institute management.
Supporting documentation may be requested when evaluating refund requests.
Refunds generally will not be issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, transportation issues, reduced participation, disciplinary removal, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to attend after registration or payment.
Unless otherwise stated, tryout fees and registration fees are non-refundable. These fees help cover administrative costs, facility usage, staffing, scheduling, and event preparation.
Athlete Institute reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel sessions, programs, events, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, facility issues, staffing availability, or other operational needs. In such cases, credits, makeup sessions, rescheduling, or alternative accommodations may be offered at the discretion of Athlete Institute.
To request a refund, please contact Athlete Institute as soon as possible with your name, program information, payment details, and reason for the request. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Athlete Institute management.
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the original payment method and payment provider.
