Program Participation

Participation in Athlete Institute programs, training sessions, camps, clinics, recovery services, leagues, showcases, or events may require registration, waivers, payment, parent or guardian consent, and compliance with facility rules and staff instructions.

Athlete Institute reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or cancel participation for conduct considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

Youth Athletes and Parent Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information for youth athletes. Parents or guardians acknowledge responsibility for reviewing program details, schedules, payment requirements, waivers, and communications related to participation.

Payments and Fees

Certain programs, tryouts, memberships, training sessions, or services may require payment. Fees may be collected through approved payment methods including Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, Stripe, or other authorized providers.

Unless otherwise stated, payments and registration fees may be non-refundable. Athlete Institute reserves the right to modify pricing, schedules, offerings, or payment requirements at any time.

Scheduling and Availability

Program schedules, operating hours, coaches, instructors, services, tournaments, and events may change without notice due to availability, facility needs, weather, safety concerns, staffing, or other operational reasons.

Health and Safety

Participation in athletic training, sports performance activities, recovery services, and related programs involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Participants and parents or guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Athlete Institute recommends consulting qualified medical professionals before participating in strenuous physical activity, rehabilitation, or recovery programs.

Media and Promotional Use

Athlete Institute may photograph, record, livestream, or capture video during programs, events, training sessions, or facility activities. Participation may constitute consent for Athlete Institute to use photos, videos, highlights, likenesses, or related media for promotional, educational, marketing, or social media purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law or separate written agreement.

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, registration systems, forms, communication tools, or digital services. Unauthorized attempts to access systems, disrupt services, collect data, spam, or interfere with website functionality are prohibited.

Third-Party Services

The website may contain links, integrations, embeds, payment services, videos, maps, social media platforms, or third-party tools. Athlete Institute is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or operation of third-party services.
